2023 International Conference on Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering (ICMME2023) invites the submission of original research papers in the related fields of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Technology to be published in the conference proceedings. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. Accepted papers will be presented as either oral or poster at the conference. Contributions are sought in the following areas:

Publication

Submission Guidelines

-Authors must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.

-All submitted paper should be focused on one of the conference topic areas.

-The submission file is in Microsoft Word, PDF, or WordPerfect document file format.

-All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkk.suu.ca) are activated and ready to click.

-All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages including figures and references without incurring additional page charges.

-All submissions must be sent to conference email directly: icmme@iaast.cn

Review Policy

The review process at ICMME2023 is double-blind. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of two or three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of each accepted submission. The technical program committee will perform a shrinking process for the submitted paper about the scope and tracks of the conferences prior to the review process. ICMME2023 guarantees that the entire peer review and publication process is meticulous and objective. Furthermore, all works not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is revealed at any time even after the publication.

Reviewers evaluates the submitted paper based on the following criteria:

- Originality of the paper

- Theoretical contribution

- Innovation of the paper

- Accuracy of the method

- Discussion of the results

- Paper presentation and clarity

- Literature reviews of the related works

- Follows appropriate ethical guidelines

Acceptance of the manuscript

Reviewers will send the suggestions/ comments to the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article.
